Legislation
We do it only legally
As one of the few companies in Slovakia we perform aerial work 100% LEGALLY and we have all the permits to operate drones.
Register UAV
We fly our proven state-of-the-art UAVs, which are EU approved and registered with the Transport Authority in the aircraft register.
Pilot License
We have successfully passed the theoretical and practical tests at the Aeronautical Office of the Slovak Republic and we are holders of a permit to fly an aircraft capable of flying without a pilot (drone) according to § 7, paragraph 2 of Act No. 143/1998 Coll. on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act).
When flying, we do not endanger the safety of other aircraft, persons or property on the ground.
During each flight, we maintain visual contact with the drone at all times, based on current legislation.
For flying in the CTR zone above 30 m we also require permission from the airport tower.
We can provide special permission for take-off in close proximity to airports and military areas.
Permissions
The Air Operations Manual approved by the Transport Authority of the Slovak Republic authorizes us to legally perform aeronautical work (§ 44 of the Aviation Act) on the territory of the Slovak Republic.
Insurance
Each of our drones is insured against possible damage caused by a crash with a sum insured up to 950 000€.
