This Privacy Policy Memorandum (the "Memorandum") will provide you with information about how we handle your personal data, how you can contact us to exercise your rights, or if you have questions about the processing of your personal data at info@zdronu.sk. The Memorandum is part of the General Terms and Conditions of Crot Production s.r.o.

In this way, we will ensure that you always have up-to-date information on the conditions under which we process your personal data.
1. About us
Through our website www.zdronu.sk, we allow you as our customer to order aerial work. In connection with ordering our services, we are obliged to process your personal data.
When processing your personal data, we are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), Act No 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as well as other legal regulations.
The controller of the information systems in which your personal data is processed is the company Crot Production s.r.o., with registered office at Pribišova 2, 841 05 Bratislava, ID No.: 48200662, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Entry No.: 104622/B.
2. What data do we process about you?
Personal data shall be deemed to be data from which a specific natural person can be identified. This means that it is not just known identifiers such as first name, surname or date of birth. The GDPR defines personal data as any information that leads to the identification of a natural person. Any natural person to whom the personal data relates is considered a data subject with relevant rights over the personal data.
At Crot Production s.r.o., we only process personal data in order to provide you with a professional service, and the scope of this personal data is determined by generally binding legislation. If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, the list or scope of the data is specified directly in the consent, to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data is processed.
In particular, the following categories of personal data are processed:
- Billing information: name, surname, billing address, email address, telephone contact, delivery address.
- Registration details: data obtained when submitting the contact form www.zdronu.sk/kontakt
- Marketing data: name and surname, date of birth, address, IP address, email address, phone number.
3. Why do we need your personal data?
We process your data to the extent necessary, and most processing is justified by the fact that we need the data to provide you with the product you have purchased.
3.1 We comply with our obligations under the relevant legislation
- We are required to identify you when ordering services and issuing an order in your name
- We are obliged to act prudently and respect your rights as a consumer in accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in the Sale of Goods or Provision of Services under a Distance or Off-Premises Contract
- We are also obliged to respond to requests from courts, bailiffs, law enforcement authorities and other competent authorities, which are primarily related to criminal and judicial proceedings under the Criminal Procedure Code or the Civil Procedure Code.
In the above cases, we process your personal data because we are obliged to do so by the relevant legislation under which we act. This is, for example, Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in the Sale of Goods or Provision of Services under a Distance or Off-Premises Contract.
3.2 We evaluate the possibilities of providing our products
Before you can enter into a contract for a particular product, we need to process certain data in order to process your order.
4. For what purpose do we process your data?
We only process your personal data to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose. Most of our processing operations are justified by the fact that we need your personal data to provide the service you have requested. We therefore obtain personal data from you for the purpose of entering into and performing our contractual relationship. It is therefore important that you provide us with complete, correct, up-to-date and truthful personal data.
We process your personal data at Crot Production s.r.o. for a variety of purposes, primarily for purposes that fall into the following categories:
- identification and verification of customer identification
- conclusion and execution of contractual relations (sale of goods)
- fulfilment of obligations arising for Crot Production s.r.o. from special legal regulations (claims)
- marketing purposes
5. We protect your data
Crot Production s.r.o. has rules governing the conditions under which our employees or other authorised persons have access to your personal data and which personal data they may process. The personal data of data subjects are not disclosed outside Crot Production s.r.o., except where we are authorised to do so under the relevant legislation (e.g. if we are requested to do so by the police or the tax authorities).
We process personal data using both manual and automated means of processing within our information systems, which are secured and protected in accordance with the relevant security standards and data protection regulations.
The authorization to process personal data on behalf of Crot Production s.r.o. results from the employment relationship with Crot Production s.r.o. as well as from generally binding legal regulations. Our employees have regulated access rights to the individual systems in which our customers' personal data is processed.
We are required to comply with certain obligations when processing your data. The most important obligations we comply with include:
- We only process and collect your personal data for explicit and legitimate purposes, and only for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we collected the personal data.
- We do not knowingly or unlawfully interfere with your right to privacy.
- We protect your personal data from loss, destruction and misuse.
- All our employees are bound by confidentiality, they must not disclose customers' personal data to third parties.
6. Where your personal data goes (categories of recipients)
Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except when your personal data is disclosed to our processors or if we are required to do so by your consent or by applicable law. This means that your personal data may be disclosed or provided to other third parties or recipients if we are obliged to do so directly by law, a directly enforceable legally binding act of the European Union or an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound.

You have the right to access your data
You have the right to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing your personal data and, if we are, you have the right to access that data and the following information:
- identity and contact details of Crot Production s.r.o.
- processing purposes
- categories of personal data
- categories of recipients of your data
- processing of personal data on the basis of legitimate interest
- data processing periods
- information about the source from which we obtained your personal data
- information on the rights to object, erasure, restriction of personal data.
You have the right to rectification of your data
It may be that some of the information we hold about you is not or no longer correct. Naturally, however, we cannot do without your cooperation. For this reason, it is important that you inform us immediately of any changes to your personal data. As the data subject, you are responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness and truthfulness of the personal data you have provided to Crot Production s.r.o.
As our customer, you have the right to correct your incorrect and outdated personal data in our information systems. In this case, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have found that we have incorrect or outdated information about you, in particular regarding the delivery address of the purchased goods or other contact details.
You have the right to object to the processing of your data
If you do not consent to us processing your personal data in certain cases, you have the right to object to such processing. Your right to object applies in particular where we process your personal data for the purposes of a legitimate interest on our part.
If you do not want us to use your personal data for direct marketing, you can change your marketing preferences so that we no longer use your data for this purpose.
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your data
In certain circumstances, it may be that there is no longer a reason to process your personal data or you wish to restrict its erasure in order to pursue legal claims.
You have the right to refuse fully automated processing of your data
Crot Production s.r.o. does not process personal data in a fully automated manner that would have direct legal effects on the data subject.
You have the right to erasure of your data
If you believe that certain data relating to your person is unlawfully processed by us, you have the right to request that we delete the marked data. In this context, it is necessary to prove the unlawfulness of the processing on the basis of relevant documents.
You have the right to transfer your data
You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in electronic form in a structured format. You have the right to request us to transfer your data to another entity which, in a request received at: info@zdronu.sk you duly indicate, including the email address of the third party and the mobile number needed to send a text message with the password to the file containing your personal data.
How to exercise your rights in relation to personal data*

*Crot Production s.r.o., reserves the right, under the GDPR, to request the identification data of the data subject in order to ensure sufficient identification of the applicant in order to protect the rights of data subjects
Crot Production s.r.o. has a deadline of one month from the date of receipt of the request. This time limit may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity of the application and the number of requests. Crot Production s.r.o. shall inform the applicant of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for missing the deadline. In such a case, the applicant shall be informed of the extension of the time limit in the form chosen by the applicant for the receipt of the reply to his/her request.
The information requested by the applicant in the context of that application shall be provided free of charge. If the request is manifestly unfounded or unreasonable, in particular because of its repetitive nature, Crot Production Ltd. shall have the right to either: i) charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or giving the notice or taking the action requested; or ii) refuse to act on the request.
Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you believe that your rights to personal data have been violated or that the conditions for processing your data have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
8. How long do we process your personal data?
We store and protect your personal data for the period of time required by applicable law, or, in the case of personal data processed on the basis of your consent, for the period of time for which you have given us your consent. The retention periods vary depending on the specific purpose for which we process the personal data. This period is determined by adding a retention period of no less than that required by law after the end of the contractual relationship with the customer. In our company, we do not retain data for longer than 15 years.
9. Processing of your personal data on the basis of consent
We consider marketing activities to be a good tool to draw your attention to new products, services or benefits we have prepared for you.
We need to process your data in order to prepare the most suitable offer for you. Based on targeted offers, only marketing information that may be of interest and benefit to you will reach you. We don't want to bother you with unnecessary advertising and offers that are not relevant to you. We believe that by knowing your marketing preferences, we can provide you with better services and more profitable products.
If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose, we are entitled to inform you about our product offers, promotions and competitions, or the offers of our contractual partners in various forms, for example by email, telephone, SMS or directly in our stores. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, we cannot coerce your consent to the processing of your personal data and you are entitled to refuse to provide your personal data.
10. Processing of your personal data through our website
When using our website: www.zdronu.sk (the "Website"), access to certain parts of the Website may be conditional upon you providing your personal information. This provision is conditional upon access to or the proper functioning of the Website, and for this reason it is necessary for you to consent to the processing of the personal data you provide to us.
11. Data processing via cookies
We are entitled to collect and otherwise process data about visitors and users of our Website by means of automated data collection tools, in particular cookies, logs and other commonly used tools for collecting information via the Website.
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent as a file to your computer (tablet, smartphone) from the website you are visiting. The data file is stored on your computer and each time you visit the same website again, your computer sends the information to our server.

This follows from Section 55(5) of Act No. 355/2011 Coll. on Electronic Communications, according to which the use of the relevant settings of a web browser or other computer program is also deemed to be consent for this purpose.

We do not disclose your personal data to any entities without any reason. However, it is necessary that some personal data is disclosed to a predefined group of recipients of personal data. In the case of sending goods (e.g. printed drone photography) to you as the end customer, we provide your personal data to postal carriers or courier companies. In the case of the administration and maintenance of our website, your personal data is disclosed to the website administrator. Last but not least are persons such as an accountant and a tax advisor.
